if it’s really important to you, you may be able to donate plasma for an extra $200 bucks a month pay for the gym. i donate just to pay for my fitness stuff. (Just be sure to get plenty of rest and consume extra protein.) good luck with everything man!
To tell the truth, I don’t have the amount of money it would take for a GYM membership, so I do arm curls with groceries, buckets of water, and a book-bag full of weights hahahahaha…I have a weight machine, but I don’t have free weights so I have to use whatever I can find. But then again, when Arnold Schwarzenegger started lifting he used a bar with concrete blocks at each end, so what I’m doing might still be working even though I look like a cheap ass hahaha
You’re funny! I love being lean and muscular and healthy….ha. When I come home from the grocery store I usually fit all 8 or so plastic bags full of groceries in both hands for one trip to the house from the car!
I’ve been wondering, whats it like to live daily life with that much muscle? I mean, isn’t everything light to you? When you take the groceries in the house or pick up a gallon of milk, do you even notice that you’re picking them up because you’re so used to picking up things 10x to 20x heavier?
didn’t you watch the video? I tell you in it. First half of day eat most as your fuel…complex carbs snd make vegetables your carbs during the last part.

yes on the sea salt. Best time is first thing in the morning but after weight training isn’t a bad time either because you probably have burned off the previous carbs you consumed.

-Would you burn the same amount of fat calories if your doing cardio after weight-training in the afternoon or night as just doing cardio first thing in the morning?
