Just 2 questions. 1. Should I do running in the morning if I am an ectomorph and in a bulking stage? 2. How do i find out what my bodyfat % is?

Most small gyms have their memberships designed that you either pay in full for 1 year (and save $100+)a or pay monthly and after 1 year spend more

  12. totalhealth4life Says:

gym memberships are only about $21 per month these days at the large gyms bro.

  13. akaiYaMa9 Says:

    hahahaha

To tell the truth, I don’t have the amount of money it would take for a GYM membership, so I do arm curls with groceries, buckets of water, and a book-bag full of weights hahahahaha…I have a weight machine, but I don’t have free weights so I have to use whatever I can find. But then again, when Arnold Schwarzenegger started lifting he used a bar with concrete blocks at each end, so what I’m doing might still be working even though I look like a cheap ass hahaha

  14. totalhealth4life Says:

You’re funny! I love being lean and muscular and healthy….ha. When I come home from the grocery store I usually fit all 8 or so plastic bags full of groceries in both hands for one trip to the house from the car!

  15. akaiYaMa9 Says:

I’ve been wondering, whats it like to live daily life with that much muscle? I mean, isn’t everything light to you? When you take the groceries in the house or pick up a gallon of milk, do you even notice that you’re picking them up because you’re so used to picking up things 10x to 20x heavier?

  16. totalhealth4life Says:

you should do all of these bro!

  17. Auto0725 Says:

So… Can you do just one of the 15 to burn fat? And for the cardio, do sports work also like basketball?

  18. totalhealth4life Says:

didn’t you watch the video? I tell you in it. First half of day eat most as your fuel…complex carbs snd make vegetables your carbs during the last part.

hey ricco, i just cant heard well because im not perfect at english, so i will bother you with some questions :P jajaj

ok.. if i want to gain mass with no fat, do i have to eat fibers and protein through the day , but, if i train hard to get lean muscle i have to eat carbs too, because instead of gaining muscle im losing it, so my question is, in what part of the day should i eat carbs, so i can burn them when i train and burn fat then with cardio ?

Brilliant Video!! Informative and simple man!!! Love it!!
Everytime i watch a video i feel like tearing a wall down with my bare hands and getting big.

Ive added my first 4 weeks progress if you care to watch, mainly lost 4.4 punds of body fat, still skinny but muscle will come in time.

  21. totalhealth4life Says:

yes on the sea salt. Best time is first thing in the morning but after weight training isn’t a bad time either because you probably have burned off the previous carbs you consumed.

  22. totalhealth4life Says:

to gain good weight you need to consume more calories then you burn.

  23. SilvTheTaru Says:

Quick Question Rico, I don’t remember reading it in your book, but when trying to gain some lean mass do you want to Eat a calorie surplus or deficit? Sorry again if I missed it in the book, a LOT if info to absorb!

  24. KnowledgeSponge Says:

    Great video.

-Is natural sea salt ok to consume ?

-Would you burn the same amount of fat calories if your doing cardio after weight-training in the afternoon or night as just doing cardio first thing in the morning?

  25. totalhealth4life Says:
