The eliptical machine is my favorite.

We already did! Check out The World’s Fastest Workout Video, someone else copied our title so make sure you click on ours! The other one isn’t a Tabata Interval.

Could you do a video, showing what to do without any machines? Or maybe suggest what excersizes u can do. Im really interested in giving my super slow metabolism a mega boost!

Wow that was one of the most ignorant comments I have ever read. “Typical bureaucratic scheme?” that statement itself is nonsensical and rife with fallacious logic. This is a good channel. The advice and tips here are just that, advice and tips. Did you possibly miss the segment on the Mediterranean diet? Probably not, because you’re to busy being an ill-informed cynic. Go spit your venom elsewhere.

Ok yes to answer all these questions so sarah dosent have to over and over again, Ill just say.
Yes you can do this on a treadmill, which is what I do, and this is called HITT.
Whats better treadmill or Bike.
If you want to get faster use a treadmill.
If you want strong legs, use a bike.
Depends on what you want, I like both, but I use a treadmill because I love sprinting exercises opposed to jogging for 50min which is not effective at all.

I have a similar bike in my garage (with x-trainer arms) so i’d really like to give this workout a go! Was it just 4 minutes of 20/10 or was it 8 sets of 4 minutes?

March 19th, 2009 at 9:47 am
Thanks for the vid
March 19th, 2009 at 9:47 am
thanks for the another great video. I used to have to do workouts like this when I was training for track & field. Interval work is so great! Especially for people who use the “I don’t have enough time to work out” excuse. You really can get the heart rate pumping in no time!
March 19th, 2009 at 9:47 am
That one is real buster. Ugh so hard.
March 19th, 2009 at 9:47 am
That depends on your fitness level - and living arrangements. A treadmill is not very good if your going to put it on the 2nd floor of an older house however an elliptical can decieve you into thinking you are working much harder than you are. I hate bikes personally but they are good for your lower body especially if you have any knee or shin splint type problems.

I had strep throat and didn’t know it in my defense.

Stephen suggested doing it at the end of a workout if weight loss is your ultimate goal.

They are still available on iTunes! You can still subscribe and everything however the format that we have been using on iTunes is not compatible with the iPod and can’t be downloaded to watch unless your gym has internet connection.
