It is unwise to cause damage to your body organs just because you want to lose weight in a few days. It is better to show patience and lose weight in a healthy manner.
Remember - liquid dieting is not at all effective when it comes to permanent weight loss. So it is not at all recommended as a means of fast weight loss.
