I dont think you should use it at all, it s not healty, its just a bandaid…….just sweat, its gonna come back on , just sweat….run in place circut traimng and your not sweating because your not traing with me! lol but no realy dont use that thing it messes you up!

i am big on trying to get the fiber in. i have looked at that brand a couple times. think i will get it and add to my smoothies.

great advice, i going to try the fiber stuff. i cant wait until my 6 weeks is up so i can start losing weight again thanks for the tips.
