I’m pretty ripped. 6% body fat. I do it by sleeping in, partying all the time, drinking lots of beer and eating processed foods (no breakfast, sleep in past noon usually).

Being “out of breath” is not, contrary to what silly, misinformed, uninitiated, individuals say is not “always” indicative of fitness level. Craig Ballantyne is in excellent condition - he ought to be, he writes for reputable magazines like MensHealth and Oxygen. Do this routine, while talking, video tape it, and then get on and tell Craig how out of shape he is.
