Brisbane Boot Camp - Getting Toned Was Never This Easy
Attending the Brisbane Boot Camp is not about losing weight but you probably will lose some. The reasons for this amazing weekend is to let those who take the course spend two days learning how much they can actually accomplish. Those who do go through the Brisbane weight loss boot camp experience find out that they can endure far more than they ever thought possible.
The imprint of this boot camp weekend will be an imprint on your memory for the rest of your life. The boot camp philosophy is that with a little persuasive assistance you will be able to reach heights you never knew you could. This is knowledge that you will take with you for years to come.

During the duration of the weekend, in a mere two days time, the participants complete a full ten, one to two hour sessions of intense training.
Each one of the ten training sessions will be both mentally as well as physically challenging and will send the participant beyond their supposed limits. The trainers will assist the participant in a variety of events and give instructions on the correct methods of doing the different physical events.
The activities involved range from problem solving to mountain climbing and jumping of the mountains. There will also be teamwork events about pulling, carrying and pushing things, getting dirty and reaching beyond fears. Some activities will be done independently but most will be teamwork but all are intended to make each person aware of the fighter they possess inside.
The mental capabilities of each participant will also be an important part of the learning process. The boot camp comes with two full days, one weekend of vigorous activities, individual development and teamwork with lots of fitness training. During the weekend the participants will have food and lots of water, a special Brisbane cardio bootcamp t-shirt, access to the training sessions and equipment, a full assessment of fitness and when completed a Certificate. There will also be times when the participants can hire a dingy. They will stay in a cabin, sometimes a tent or a dormitory.
