Denise’s bubbly personality is infused into four different cardio styles — kickboxing, athletic intervals, retro aerobics and dance. Each 10-minute segment can be played in any order, so you can easily adapt the workout to your time and style preferences. The kickboxing routines are straight-forward and powerful. The interval section alternates harder/easier intensities (changing the impact, tempo or range of motion). Retro aerobics is non-stop fun — familiar favorites like grapevines, step-touches, ponies and heel jacks. The dance section is also varied — from box-step basics to slightly-more-choreographed Latin dance. As always, Denise is enthusiastic and super-motivating.
