Burn Fat Fast With The Powerblock Dumbbells
http://www.fatburningfurnace.com/PB
I know that for many of my fat burning furnace students, getting to a gym can be a hassle, and setting up a home gym is tough due to space limitations.
Well, believe me and the thousands of others that have benefited from having a pair of these exercise wonders in their homes. Getting your brief intense workouts in is a breeze, and makes using regular dumbbells seem ‘uncivilized’ at best. ( more )

Just bought a pair of PowerBlock Sport 9.0’s (replacing the Elites). These things rock, Nautilus Selectech dont even compare in build quality or ease of use. The Selectech’s were rattling peices of junk, even my girlfriend could tell they were built like crap. PowerBlocks are expandable to 130 pounds per side (260lb bench press) and are technically adjustable in 2.5, 5, and 10 pound incriments (2.5lbs but unbalanced, wouldnt make a difference for things like bicep curls). BUY POWERBLOCKS!

first as far as fat burning with resistance training it does work. second cardio also has its place in fat burning. so try both resistance first after a slight 10 Min cardio warm up. then go back to the cardio work out after the resistance workout. I lost 41 lbs doing this and gained 15 lbs of muscle. but whatever you do do something anything along with diet. ps I have the bowflex select tech 1090 and I just tested the power blocks and like them better I feel the balance is better and compact.
