I thought I answered your question 2 months ago (so your previous question and my response). The answer is yes - you can take hoodia with fat burner pills (that do or don’t have caffeine).

Very informative video. I thought hoodia was a brand name. I would think that appetite suppresion would work better than fat burners because it may also help change your eating habits.

You are correct. The primary evidence we have about the effectiveness of hoodia is anecdotal. There have been, however, a few studies (both informal and formal) that have shown hoodia to be an effective appetite suppressant. While these aren’t scientific per se, you can’t ignore them.

Authentic hoodia gordonii is simply a natural appetite suppressant so it can be taken with just about anything. It will have no reactions with hyrdoxycut or any other diet supplements for that matter.
