This is SO what I was looking for! If you are the creator of this, you are an absolute genius. This is indeed a full body exercise regimen, unlike one of the commentors above said. Just try it….
The burn, pump, and cardio rush you get from this is on another level!
Someone (other than me, cuz I’m far from in shape) should post a video of them completing this in it’s entirety!

It can’t be a total body workout. Burpees don’t work all the muscles either.
However the core and even the legs get plenty of exercise.
I encourage you to try it.

This is a hard shoulder and cardio workout but not a total body workout !!!

Theory doesn’t not always parallel the practice. Try it and see.

This is not a good fitness test,its “only” a very hard shoulder workout !
Why ?
1. You work against the gravitation, so the main preasure is on your shoulder !
2. Before other great muscles comes really to work, the shoulder is running out of power !
You cannt reach with 4 minutes your legs, lower back,etc.
3.With the shoulder muscles you can reach max. 30 percent of your total muscles !
4. Whats about the other 70 percent ?

Just tried this workout, took me seven minutes!!!! This is way tougher than he makes it look, even using the lvl 1 variations!!! Awesome, this will blast fat away for sure!!

hey that makes a great warm up routine and has a couple variations i never thought of thanks. i actually found this a little easy but does get the heart going.
