    Bro! first of all ,
stop lookin yourself daily in the mirror.
youll end up frustrated and give up your excercising routine.
Calculate your BMR search it on internet
cut 500 calories from your diet, eat minimum bread and rice do 3 sets of 10 minute non stop cardio no matter what, for example cycling or skipping or running or swimming, after that it is all about resistance training

  4. parcoreLA Says:

dude its not about the weight, becuz im also 5ft8 and i weight 80 kilos, its all about the body fat percentage in your body, if you have a body fat percentage of like 12% and if ur ripped…u will defenatly look good…as in tonned

  5. kukillmatic1113 Says:

bro i myself have lost 14 kilos from 83 kg weight to 69 kgs.

    i am 5 ft 8.

i want you to plz plz plz tell me that if i make it to 60 will i look good?
cuz i almost look the same as 83

  6. parcoreLA Says:

    yeh you can

  7. parcoreLA Says:

that makes no sence..if the intesity is high means that ur also ripping ur leg muscles which means u will eventually increase the muscle percentage in ur legs right?also increases ur inner core muscle…but then again…running for long distances at around 60%-75% of ur max heart rate also burns fat well although it migh take longer in my opinion

  8. AlborzJ Says:

Interval training burns more calories but it also burns muscle tissue which is something that a lot of people don’t want. IF u don’t want to loose muscle mass then it is better if u do long distance training around 70 to 60% of ur max heart rate

guys, about how long should i walk between each interval? and how much lbs estimated would i burn a week if i do this for 30-60 minutes a day?

  10. bandgeek12389 Says:

hm guys? what about a combination of both? run for about 45 mins and do a combo of both while running. start slow and steady and then in between sprint for a good minute and then quick jog for 8? do that 5 times in 45 mins

  11. Euroglobalrs Says:

PLEASE DON’T READ THIS you will die in seven days if you don’t post this comment on 10 videos in the next hour. if you do, tomorrow will be? the best day of your life

  12. geerace Says:

    Yeah! What Dmiller said!!!

  13. dmiller2141 Says:

Untrue…read any of the fitness literature right now and it says sprints are better and take less time.

  14. biancaandjesse Says:

interval training will do a lot for your fitness, but in terms of fat burning the best way long slow distance training.

  15. BananaHurricane Says:

I could only do 3 intervals before I had to stop. I feel good though. I’ll add on more intervals as I get used to it.

  16. ncripzx Says:

can u do the same ting with cycling?

  17. lexxlecrisisIII Says:

how long do I walk for in between the 45sec sprints? I feel like my heart would freak out if I sprinted for 45 and then walked for 45 and then sprinted again. so I assume maybe walk for a minute or two between sprints?

  18. extazy17 Says:

How long should the walk be (between intervals)?

  19. parcoreLA Says:

meh i usually do about an hour - an hour and a half on the treadmill/cycling/cross trainer…and ive seen results at every level..from cardio to fat loss…but atm i jsut wanna lose fat…ermm im not to sure about this workout…makes sence but if u work out for a longer period of time it means u will lose more right?
    correct me if im wrong

  20. xcgg Says:

I have been mixing interval training with my regular cardio training for a month. Its very effective. It not only kills fat, but it makes you damn tougher thats for sure.

  21. uanimale Says:

cool am gonna do these at the gym tomorrow.

  22. Nukkinya Says:

So this really beats my 25 minute run everyday?

  23. welterweight13 Says:

    do you do this everyday?
and how long till you see a reduce of fat?

  24. cbathletics Says:

HaMaDa2700 - the cool down will be about 5 minutes and its completed after you finish doing your intervals. It will go from a jog to eventually walking.

  25. Core404 Says:

So what its like 5 min warm up, then 10mph for 45 sec then back to 3 mph for 45??? then back to 10mph, and do that 6 times then cool down for 5 in
