		<description>that makes no sence..if the intesity is high means that ur also ripping ur leg muscles which means u will eventually increase the muscle percentage in ur legs right?also increases ur inner core muscle...but then again...running for long distances at around 60%-75% of ur max heart rate also burns fat well although it migh take longer in my opinion</description>

		<description>hm guys? what about a combination of both? run for about 45 mins and do a combo of both while running. start slow and steady and then in between sprint for a good minute and then quick jog for 8? do that 5 times in 45 mins</description>
