Deficit = 1700. That's a calculated loss of roughly three and a half pounds per week, assuming you keep this up every day, which you didn't specify one way or the other. That's pretty conservative, though. This is basically the damage for a small woman. Increase the deficit from here for larger folks, and it's worse.</description>
