And eating out is just as bad, or even worse. Most restaurants buy their food in bulk, meaning it, too, is loaded with preservatives to keep it edible for the longest time possible.

Fast food is in a class all by itself. Fast food is so loaded with chemical garbage it would make a mad scientist blush. Who needs a milk shake to stay fresh for twenty years?

With so many poor choices presented to us, it can be impossible not to eat food made in a chemistry lab day in and day out. What’s worse, is eating that kind of food only makes you want it more. It’s as if they made it that way on purpose, just to make money.

Another thing that most people aren’t aware of is that by eating all these chemically laced foods, you are doing terrible harm to your digestive system. Many people don’t know that most of us have parasites living in our intestines. And despite how hard you try to lose weight, no matter how much you exercise and diet, these parasites can make it virtually impossible.
