    It’s not really a question of which is better. Fish oil and flax seed oil are like apples and oranges. Certainly, people should take Omega 3 supplements as they are great for overall health, especially with keeping a healthy heart. However, this video is about fat loss and that’s why I only mention flax seed oil as a proven supplement for aiding in fat loss.

    Fish Oil is better than Flax Seed Oil. Fish Oil is the direct and best source of EPA/DHA which are the best sort of omega 3 fatty acids. Flax seeds contain ALA which need to be converted into EPA/DHA and our bodys suck at doing this.
