problem with what you are saying is that peoples average age was probably like mid twenties before the discovery of fire because they are dying from lack of nurtrition, food infection etc. the reason they were dying is because humans do not have the ability to abstract nurtients from raw foods(like 90 percent of the foods). with the discovery of fire, peoples age of survival started increasing year after year, do not tell me people we doing fine before discovery of fire

Humans survived fine without fire, so these people are in no danger. It’s just another lifestyle choice. So long as they start things out under the supervision of a nutritionist, and get properly educated, that’s all that matters. It’s just that with fire, we can enjoy a broader range of foods, and foods prepared in a variety of ways.

raw food diet is not different from a vegan diet because it basically eliminated 90% of the food outthere, it is very likely she is taking a ton of food supplements to support this diet. without them, she is missing things such as proteins, irons, from meat unless that woman eats raw meat. another thing they do not say about raw food is humans can not digest a lot of raw foods and that is why we invented fire to cook foods
