		<description>I myself have recently become a semi vegetarian. Meaning that I only eat meat and fish 2 days a week. I still have been gaining some muscle mass. Meats are not the only source of protein, vitamin b12 and b9, and unsaturated fat. There is soy protein, and organic supplements too that offer those nutrition that normally meats have. I have a friend that is vegan and is big and muscular as many famous bodybuilders out there.</description>
