    I got lost on the JumpingJacks thingy though. I messed it up.

    You can substitute plenty of other yoga ab exercises for pop corn.

    double let lifts, leg rotations, criss-cross, kundalini yoga stretch pose, hatha yoga boat pose etc…

    Go to anmolmehta (dot) com and search for these in search box on the upper right corner. You will get lots of free demos and instructions.
